An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Assistant to join a growing Client Services and Customer Care team in Liverpool.
This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of professional administrative experience who is friendly, professional, and well-presented.
Your new role
Your duties will include:
Fielding all new enquiries via telephone and assisting walk-in enquiries Scheduling appointments for relevant Practice Solicitors Updating the client enquiry database management system Preparing daily enquiries reports What you'll need to succeed
High level of accuracy and excellent communication skills Exceptional organisational skills Ability to take ownership and responsibility for your work, outcomes, and relationships Positive approach to tasks and workload with the ability to prioritise tasks as necessary Ability to work in a team in a robust, dynamic, and fast-paced environment What you'll get in return
