This pivotal role will see you take charge of key financial operations, from accounts payable and payroll management to leading the preparation of strategic financial reports.
As the company continues to expand its global presence, your work will directly impact the business's growth, financial strategy, and success.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader to make a real difference in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily financial operations to ensure efficiency and business continuity.Manage cash flow and monitor accounts receivable, payable, and inventory levels.Lead the finance team, providing performance management, training, and support.Ensure compliance with financial reporting and coordinate with external auditors.Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.About You:To thrive in this role, you'll bring a strong background in financial management and leadership.
You have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and ideally a CPA or equivalent qualification.
With at least 5 years of experience in finance management, you're comfortable navigating complex financial environments and are a proven leader in team development.
You'll bring a sharp eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
