We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Services_APAC team in Australia.
Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Interpret and define relevant standards for application across service centres. Conduct fault finding electrical/mechanical testing on rotating equipment. Provide Quality Assurance inspection for overhauled rotating equipment. Troubleshoot issues with electro-mechanical rotating machines in service centre and on-site. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) of issues and recommend repairs and upgrades. Develop technical reports and proposals, and support cost estimation. Support Service Centres with overhaul and asset maintenance projects. Support quality team in conducting internal audits and preparing for external audits. Initiate and participate in the planning and development of engineering policies and procedures. To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with Professional Engineering Registration. 10+ years technical experience with electrical rotating equipment services. Strong communication and time management skills. Experience conducting and facilitating Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations. A technical background in engineering, preferably in power generation or heavy industry. Machine diagnostics (electrical testing/vibration analysis) is a plus.
