About the RoleThis role drives new customer acquisitions and plays a critical role in increasing Funds Under Management by providing whole of business finance solutions to help customers start, buy, grow, and run their business.
As a Senior Business Banking Manager, you will achieve this by primarily developing and maintaining relationships with brokers, real estate agents, accountants, and prospective new business owners.

Maintaining and leveraging deep relationships with brokers to achieve new to bank customersDriving a structured and disciplined weekly sales operating rhythm to achieve strong sales momentumUsing data and insights to engage with potential and existing customers to identify opportunitiesNew to bank acquisition including cold callingEffectively managing overall sales and revenue performance measured by Business Lending FUM drawn and other cross-sell opportunitiesManaging onboarding of new to bank customers and supporting effective handover to remote customer serviceOverall accountability for managing operational and credit riskDeveloping strong relationships and collaborating with internal stakeholders to solve complex problemsDriving outstanding customer experience and outcomes measured through Net Promoter Score improvementDelivering excellent customer focus with genuine curiosity for understanding customer drivers and delivering solutions to meet their needsWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
