Hybrid Work Arrangements Sydney CBD Financial Services Industry Company Overview Financial services business based in Sydney CBD has recently grown their operation to become one of Australia's largest and diversified firms.
Role Overview Due to ongoing growth, a new role has been created for a finance operations specialist to come onboard and manage the billing process related to investment management fee revenue and expenses.
Your primary responsibilities will include: Ownership of rebate matrix and ensuring quarterly rebates are processed and paid Collaborate with internal departments to comprehend and resolve bank discrepancies, transactions, and disputes effectively Updating internal and external stakeholders on the status of billings Providing support to the accountant with the preparation of monthly P&L statements Preparation of the fund cost recovery analysis, invoicing and supporting documentation Responsible for investment management fee revenue and expense billing processes and ensuring invoicing is performed accurately and timely.
Skills & Experience Previous experience in a similar role required Financial services industry experience (preferably funds management) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to apply basic accounting concepts Strong attention to detail Relevant qualifications in accounting Ability to work as part of a team Interest in learning and development with the capability to set up new procedures and processes Intermediate to advanced level Excel skills Experience with NetSuite highly desirable What's on Offer Collaborative team.
