About the Role
Based in Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane, this role will support our Marketing team.
On offer is a (Senior) Event Specialist position and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:
Lead the planning and execution of launch events for the new vehicle brand, coordinating logistics, venues, and timelines to ensure a seamless experience.
Create compelling narratives and presentations that communicate BYD's mission, product features, and sustainability initiatives during events.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment on messaging and objectives for each event.
Develop comprehensive strategies for participating in industry trade shows and events, focusing on maximizing brand exposure and lead generation.
Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and interactive booth displays showcasing BYD's market-leading products and technology and localize content from global case studies.
Gather feedback and analyze attendee data to assess the effectiveness of events, providing recommendations for future improvements and strategies.
Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities to enhance event visibility and engagement, negotiating terms to ensure mutual benefits.
Manage all logistical aspects of event participation, including transportation, setup, staffing, and compliance with industry regulations.
Key requirements:
