About the Pharmacy Department: The Pharmacy Department operates across five campuses and has a strong vision to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care to our patients.
We are currently undergoing a period of expansion which provides unique opportunities for specialisation appealing to those applicants wishing to challenge themselves and advance practice.
About the Role: A full-time opportunity exists for a Grade 1 Clinical Pharmacist to join the team at Northern Health.
This role will require work over 10 days (80 hours) per fortnight - Monday to Friday at the Northern Hospital with potential to work at other sites of Northern Health as required.
The Clinical Pharmacist has responsibility for the provision of clinical pharmacy services across Northern Health's acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services.
