The Opportunities:Our award-winning and highly established home building clients due to continued growth into 2025 are now looking to hire experienced home building Production Estimators, BOQ Estimators and Sales Estimators into their growing estimating teams.Levels and roles available include: Intermediate, Senior, Team Leader and Management.Locations available now include: CBDSouth-East MelbourneWestern Suburbs of MelbourneNorthern SuburbsGeelongBallaratKey Responsibilities of the Production Estimating Vacancies: Provide and produce an accurate bill of quantities and purchase ordersAccurate estimates of jobs including variationsProduce accurate construction budgets and orders that are clearly documented within budgeted time frames.Obtain relevant quotes and pricingOffer technical support to team membersComplete set tasks and achieve job targetsMaintain organised files and appropriate documentation of completed workUtilise estimating systems to the full capacity to ensure job/time efficienciesChecking construction related documentationsEstimating the job from start to finishSending out orders for the jobActioning VariationsProvide support to Construction/Admin teamKey Responsibilities of the Sales Estimating Vacancies: Reporting to the Estimating ManagerPrepare tender documentation for client presentationQuality checks of all documentationEnsure variations are completed with high levels of accuracy and within company standards.All documentation is compliant with guidelines and satisfy building codes and regulations.High levels of accuracy and quality in quotes and costings.Liaise with Sales consultants to provide accurate tendersLiaise with design/colour consultants to provide upgrade Studio pricingPreparation of Contract Inclusions and post contract variationsRole Requirements: A minimum of 2 year production, boq or sales estimating experience with a home building companyIntermediate to Advanced level experience using any related estimating software would be highly advantageous but not essentialExperience working with leading estimating software packagesStrong time management and organisational skillsExcellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced environmentA proven track record within the home building industryStrong team playerAble to meet deadlinesThe key benefits for you: Market-leading salary package on offerAbility to work in a very supportive team environmentAn excellent company culture that promotes teamwork and collaborationGenuine career progression opportunities and growthContinued on the job training and developmentFlexible working environmentHow to Apply?
