Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Marketing & Submissions Coordinator to join our Real Estate Management Services business.
With exposure to the office, retail and industrial asset classes, this role is actively involved in managing the bid and submission process for the Real Estate Management Services team, including the compilation of submissions, pitches and client presentations, researching the market and providing intelligence to support the bid process.
In addition, you will be contributing to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives for the Real Estate Management Services team and the creation and management of marketing collateral.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Prepare major submissions and marketing materials, including presentations, tenders, pitches, proposals, capability statements, graphics and visual imageryWork with the team to increase overall awareness and exposure of our Real Estate Management Services experts and capability internally and externallyMonitor, review and update content on our various platforms including Colliers intranet, the company website, CRM, email marketing platforms and social media channelsContribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the Real Estate Management Services team, including marketing campaigns, client events, digital campaigns and communications strategiesParticipate and positively contribute to regular team meetings disseminating key messages and driving awareness around our key marketing initiativesAct as a brand guardian for the Colliers brand, monitoring, enforcing and promoting compliance with branding guidelines across the Real Estate Management Services team and providing design and style guidance to support staffConstantly communicate with team assistants to ensure marketing initiatives are understood and implemented within each product line, providing training on design and style guidelines and new marketing products when requiredQualificationsYou will bring the following expertise to this role:
Qualifications in marketing, business or communications, with previous experience in a professional services or business to business environmentExceptional organisational skills and a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and proactivelyAbility to manage multi-layered projects, meet deadlines and show initiativeStrong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated and enthusiastic with a strong work ethicHighly proficient in InDesign, Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word and ExcelAdditional InformationPlease apply with your CV or call Jackie Pike on for more information.
