Job Description The Role
Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in supporting management of facilities, buildings, assets and general business operations?
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that there is clear communication and engagement with both internal and external stakeholders regarding facilities coordination.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the project team developing our new refurbished head office building that is in the construction phase.

Daily activities will include:
Executing research, scoping, organisation, implementation and follow up compliance (as delegated).
Actioning and managing outsourced arrangements for head office facility maintenance.
Planning and programming all preventative maintenance under contract and ensuring the contractor meets expectations.
Building and maintaining effective relationships across stakeholder groups.
Coordinating internal Helpdesk Jira job ticketing system (Jira) and responding to all head office/internal inbox management requests with prompt and timely resolution.
Assisting and creating innovative new ways of working in an agile environment.
Understanding and complying with the WHSE requirements and building support processes for work tasks and the elimination of workplace hazards.
Qualifications About You
Demonstrated experience working in a Facilities/buildings management environment.
Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise and execute deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail.
A passion for project management and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in MS Suite (Building management, and Security and Access systems, and data management systems are desirable).
WHS certifications desirable e.g., Permit to Work, Working at Heights, OSH IV certification.
