About the role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join the dynamic team at Geely Auto Australia Pty Ltd.
This full-time role is based in Macquarie Park, NSW, and will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and ensuring its long-term financial success.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing strategic financial plans to support the company's growth and profitability Preparing and analysing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management Overseeing the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions Monitoring the company's cash flow and liquidity, and implementing measures to optimise financial performance Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards Managing the company's financial risk and identifying potential areas of improvement Leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment Other temporary tasks from head office What we're looking for
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within the automotive industry Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA) Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies and business plans Excellent financial analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Proficient in the use of financial management software and tools Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels What we offer
