About the role
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic and innovative team at Geely Auto Australia as a Human Resource Manager.
In this full-time, office-based role located in Macquarie Park, NSW, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and contributing to the strategic growth and development of the business.

What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and procedures to support the company's objectives Managing the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and employee relations Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR matters Overseeing the company's talent management and succession planning processes Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations Analysing HR metrics and providing insights to drive continuous improvement Partnering with the leadership team to identify and address organisational development needs Leading and developing the HR team to deliver an exceptional service to the business What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Human Resources Manager or in a similar senior HR generalist role Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and best practice HR principles Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing HR teams Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate HR initiatives into business outcomes Bilingual – English and Mandarin What we offer
