The successful candidate will be competitively salaried and join a business with robust operational frameworks that put regulatory compliance at the heart of its growth agenda.
The RoleOur client is expanding its Group Compliance function with this critical new role, which is intended to support the company's continued growth.
You will be an integral part of the team, focusing on delivering best practice advice on regulatory engagement and compliance across all growth operations, including marketing and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Provide accurate, timely and best practice advice to stakeholders;Assurance and monitoring across marketing and strategic partnerships;Review and approve internal/external training and marketing collateral as a regulatory compliance expert;Contribute to the successful delivery of the Compliance Plan;Advise on product, service, system and process improvements, from a compliance perspective;Design and co-ordinate compliance learning and development programs that promote a positive culture of compliance;Drive the escalation of compliance insights to the Board and other relevant risk and compliance committees.About You 5 years' experience in a compliance, risk, legal or audit role in financial services;Robust knowledge of relevant compliance standards, Australian legislative requirements and industry codes in financial services;Experience reviewing product disclosure statements and other marketing and disclosure documents, in line with regulatory requirements;Sound knowledge of compliance risk management frameworks;Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders to influence outcomes and drive organisational change;Ability to deliver advice that effectively balances relevant compliance obligations with the commercial imperatives of the business;Proven analytical and critical thinking capabilities to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgement and solutions;A demonstrated self-starter with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.How to ApplyFor more information or a confidential discussion please contact Ravin De Silva at u&u on or email quoting reference number 39153.
