The corporate goal is to strengthen health and well-being through active engagement and artificial intelligence.To grow our APAC team located in Sydney, we are looking for a Technical Account Manager / Project Manager.TasksResponsible for technical and organizational leadership of client relationships and projectsTechnical day-to-day contact of a client portfolio to maintain a strong relationshipIT Project definition, initiation, planning, and executionAnalyze business needs and translate them into business requirements to address client needsCollaborate with the Product Owner for client requirements, planning, and deployment of productsProvide consultancy and training services related to the product portfolio offered (Applications, Tools, API)Coordinate releases of new features with the clientWork together with application support to ensure troubleshooting of technical issuesEnsure that provided services and delivery standards are metRequirementsBachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or similar preferably with IT/Software/Technical backgroundExperience with external client-facing rolesProject management certification and experience for 3-5 yearsExperience in requirement engineering and proven analytical skillsExperience with Service Operations as well as agile techniquesStrong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organizational, follow-up, time management, and administration skillsAble to juggle multiple priorities and work under pressureFluent in English; further languages would be advantageousBenefitsMulticultural and international working environmentOpportunity to work from homeOpen corporate culture with a lot of personal responsibilitySupportive and collegial environmentProjects in the field of digital transformation, CloudJoin our international and supportive team#J-18808-Ljbffr
