We are hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer immediately to help us power progress for our customers.
All locations in Australia, ideally Perth.

Here's what makes this job attractive: Innovative Work Environment: Collaborate with a dynamic team on groundbreaking projects in renewable energy and power generation.Career Growth: Opportunity for professional development and advancement within a global leader in energy solutions.Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and performance-based bonuses.Safety First: Be part of a company that prioritises safety and well-being, both on and off the job.Impactful Work: Contribute to high-impact projects that make a difference in communities across the APAC region.What You'll Do: Lead and Mentor: Guide and develop the electrical engineering team, ensuring alignment with project goals and company standards.Design and Engineering: Oversee the design and implementation of electrical systems for mining and power generation projects, ensuring compliance with Australian standards.Project Leadership: Manage electrical engineering aspects of projects from concept through commissioning, collaborating with other disciplines and stakeholders.Simulation and Analysis: Utilize tools like PowerFactory and CDEGS to model and optimise electrical systems, ensuring robust performance.Safety Compliance: Implement safety standards and risk management practices to ensure all designs and installations are secure and compliant.Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, delivering technical presentations and reports.You'll Have the Following Skills and Experience: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; a Master's degree or Chartered Professional Engineer certification is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 10 years in electrical design for mining and power generation, with a strong understanding of Australian standards.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in HV substation design, earthing studies, and simulation tools like PowerFactory and CDEGS.Strong technical expertise with the ability to manage complex technical issues.Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients and stakeholders.Join Us, Bring Your Energy, and Grow Your Career.
