Investor Partner Group, under our renowned "helpmebuy" brand, is a leading Property Investment Firm specializing in evidence-based investing.
We are a one-stop shop for property investors, offering services in buyer's agency, property development, and tax / SMSF advisory.

Our mission is to help clients achieve their property investment goals, and we've proudly facilitated property purchases across VIC, WA, QLD, and SA.
With a commitment to providing top-notch property advice, we're growing our Property Acquisition Team and are looking for passionate individuals to join us.

This role is flexible and remote, with opportunities to work from our offices in Melbourne.
You may also attend property inspections and occasionally travel interstate to scout properties and build valuable relationships.

Qualifications & Experience
We're seeking motivated and passionate individuals who possess:
A great attitude, adaptability, and a genuine passion for real estate.
Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational skills and a self-driven approach to delivering exceptional service.
Experience in or enthusiasm for the property / real estate industry, particularly purchasing or owning property.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A keen eye for identifying property potential and spotting great deals.
A 'can-do' attitude and the ability to work autonomously.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Sourcing properties including vacant land for purchase, both on and off-market.
Conducting thorough property research to identify investment opportunities.
Communicating with our property buying team via internal systems.
Building relationships with sales agents and staying informed about upcoming properties.
Coordinating with council representatives, solicitors, inspectors, and property managers to complete due diligence reports.
Maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with agents through consistent communication.
