Code Camp teaches kids, from 5-13 years old, to code and create through our Holiday Camps and After School Programmes.

We're seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Schools and Partnerships unit, ensuring smooth, efficient, and impactful delivery of our programs.
About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of educational programs across venues, managing cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements.
Reporting to the Head of Service Operations, you'll ensure seamless execution while fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Leadership & Team Management : Lead and inspire teams in operations, tech support, and customer support to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Process Improvement : Re-engineer workflows to enhance customer experience, reduce dropouts, and improve retention.
Data-Driven Decisions : Leverage analytics to track key performance metrics, report on outcomes, and inform strategic improvements.
Event & Venue Coordination
Venue Management : Oversee venue renewals, onboarding, and preparation to ensure spaces are ready for seamless program and event delivery.
Equipment Oversight : Ensure all schools and event venues are equipped with functional devices and necessary materials to support learning and activities.
Event Logistics : Coordinate logistics for events, including scheduling, resource allocation, and contingency planning to address any unforeseen challenges.
Proactive Problem Solving
Tech Management : Ensure all technical issues are proactively addressed to minimise disruptions during programs or events.
Issue Resolution : Implement processes for identifying, tracking, and resolving challenges, improving delivery with each iteration.
Safety & Compliance
Child Safety & Risk Management : Maintain and enforce processes that comply with child safety regulations, ensuring safe environments for all participants.
Incident Management : Manage any on-site issues or incidents effectively, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of students, staff, and facilitators.
Content Rotation : Ensure a variety of program content, rotating regularly to maintain relevance and engagement for attendees.
Facilitator Support : Provide facilitators with the resources and guidance needed for efficient session delivery.

You are an operational powerhouse with a passion for education and a knack for leading teams and driving continuous improvement.
Leadership Experience : Proven ability to manage diverse teams and foster a collaborative, goal-oriented culture.
Operational Expertise : Strong understanding of best practices in logistics, resource management, and service delivery.
Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with technology integration and providing solutions for operational challenges.
Relationship Management : Skilled in building and maintaining strong partnerships with stakeholders, including venue partners and facilitators.
Process-Oriented : A mindset focused on identifying inefficiencies and driving systemic improvements.
Problem-Solving : Analytical approach to resolving complex issues effectively and sustainably.
Communication Excellence : Ability to convey ideas clearly, engage teams, and align efforts across functions.
