How can you Unearth the Possibilities with Nufarm? We're on the lookout for an engaging and experienced Payroll Officer to join our People & Performance team based in our Global Head Office.
In this exciting role, you will provide timely processing of Nufarm Global and ANZ (Australia and New Zealand) payroll alongside the Payroll Manager, ensuring payroll records for all Nufarm sites are maintained and accurate.
This role will be responsible for the weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll processing of approximately 600+ staff and will be crucial in providing contingency support across the function.

What will you be doing? Prepare and distribute salaries and wages accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and Contracts of employment.Maintain pay records, associated time-keeping data and statistics, leave records, and related information; collect and check collated timesheets.Support our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS - Success Factors) for all Payroll queries.Process and reconcile all aspects of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll (leave applications, Variations, overtime, new starters, and terminations).Administer records related to superannuation, insurance, and other employee benefits, such as GSP and Bupa Health Fund.Maintain excel spreadsheets for the payroll Journal, Annual and Long Service Leave, and Payroll Clearing; distribute to relevant Accounts personnel on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.Assist in the calculation and processing of end-of-month deduction payments, including superannuation and payroll tax.Finalize end of year, including FBT, ATO reporting, payment summaries, payroll tax, and WorkCover adjustments.Provide backup and contingency for Payroll manager absence for payroll processing and other relevant duties.Provide advice and resolutions on a broad range of stakeholder-related queries in a timely and accurate manner; face into the business and hold regular face-to-face interactions with stakeholders.What do you bring? You're a qualified Payroll Officer who brings extensive experience within a high volume end-to-end environment.
You will have previous exposure to Preceda (or other complex payroll system) with a passion for the analytics of the data and continuous improvement.
Proactive and results-driven, you're a natural communicator with a high degree of integrity, who brings a strong customer service influencing mindset to face into our business handling payroll queries with ease.
