About the team The Aurion System Support team is a part of the Aurion System's Section of the Shared Services Hub within the Department of Industry, Science and Resources (DISR).
We deliver a high-quality service to our client agencies for pay runs and Aurion system support.

What you will do Tasks that are undertaken by the Aurion Assistant Manager may include: Day-to-day management of Aurion Support team to deliver consistent, high-quality service to our shared services client agencies.
Mentoring and support to team members.
Ensuring key milestones are met according to work plan objectives.
Ensuring projects are delivered or maintained to a high standard.
Contributing to the Shared Service Hub's broader projects.
Stakeholder engagement with client agencies, internal clients and vendors.
Working collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Providing high-level customer service to our client agencies and stakeholders.
Providing reliable, accurate and timely information to senior management.
Contributing to a collaborative culture within the division.
Eligibility To be eligible for employment in the APS and the department, candidates must be Australian Citizens.
Positions require a Baseline security clearance and successful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain a clearance at this level.
Notes A merit pool may be established and used to fill future vacancies within 18 months from the date the vacancy was first advertised in the Gazette.
The department does currently offer flexible work opportunities for many roles.
This vacancy is ACT - Industry House based, although flexible or remote work arrangements may be considered.
