Head of Sustainability (Sales & Consulting)Are you passionate about driving sustainable solutions in waste and water management?
Matter is seeking an experienced sustainability professional to join our dynamic team and help shape a more sustainable future.About the RoleAs Head of Sustainability you'll drive our market presence, lead client relationships, and help all levels of commerce and industry more easily comply with the new environmental standards through new technology.
You'll oversee our waste and water portfolio to deliver exciting solutions at all levels.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp develop and execute the sustainability consulting business strategyDrive C-suite level relationships and strategic partnershipsContribute to strategic sustainability programmes aligned with client goalsOversee project delivery and quality assuranceHelp with digital content marketing initiatives to enhance our market presenceProvide expert advice on environmental standards including NABERS, IFRS, and climate-related disclosuresWork with our dev team on comprehensive sustainability metrics and reporting solutionsContribute to business strategy development and executionRequired Experience & SkillsMinimum 2 years' experience in senior sustainability consulting or business development rolesProven experience in executive stakeholder management and C-suite engagementStrong track record in project management and team leadershipDemonstrated success in building and maintaining executive relationshipsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsCommercial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive business growthExperience in facility management (preferred) and/or client-side commercial consultingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPersonal QualitiesNatural leader with the ability to inspire and motivate teamsStrategic thinker with strong commercial awarenessCommitment to continuous learning and professional developmentResults-driven with excellent attention to detailSelf-motivated with the ability to work autonomouslyPassionate about sustainability and environmental outcomesWhat We OfferCompetitive salary packageOpportunity to work with world-first technologies that are transforming the industryBe part of an exceptional, collaborative team that values innovation and growthProfessional development and growth opportunitiesCollaborative and innovative work environmentFlexible working arrangementsAbout MatterMatter is committed to creating sustainable solutions in waste and water management.
