Known for their innovative approach and nationwide reach, this Melbourne-based company supports the success of finance brokers through advanced technology, comprehensive training, and effective marketing tools.About the Role:As the Marketing Specialist, your focus will be on increasing the adoption of a key CRM platform by creating engaging content such as "how-to" guides, product videos, blog posts, and sales documentation. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and deliver materials that showcase the platform's value to both new and existing members. The role also involves liaising with IT for smooth communication of platform updates, leading training sessions, and monitoring member feedback to create responsive content. Hybrid working arrangements allow flexibility, with a minimum of 3 days in the office, including mandatory Mondays and Tuesdays.About You:Hard Skills:Background in SaaS or experience working with CRM platforms.Expertise in content creation, process management, and planning.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Proven experience in project management, change management, and training.Soft Skills:Confident self-starter with leadership qualities.Proactive, with strong initiative and the ability to collaborate across departments.Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Next Steps:If your skills and industry experience align with the requirements, please apply to the link below.
