We are looking to recruit a CRM Specialist (Content & Automations) to join a dynamic, fun, and supportive Digital Marketing team, based in Hawthorn, Melbourne.

As the brand continues to expand in Australia & internationally, we are excited to be recruiting for a CRM Marketing Specialist to help build our customer engagement & retention strategy and increase our customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email marketing strategy, informed by seasonal collections and business trade, to drive customer engagement and revenue.
Manage a weekly CRM content calendar plan based on seasonal collections.
Create and deploy campaign emails in Emarsys CRM platform.
Develop data-led CRM lifecycle automation flows to engage and retain customers.
Develop content copy for email marketing & lifecycle automations to support seasonal storytelling.
Create dynamic customer segments for personalized email marketing campaigns.
Interpret and analyze data to inform the email marketing and CRM lifecycle strategy.
Generate comprehensive reports on email marketing & lifecycle CRM performance metrics.
Keep up to date with platforms, tools, and loyalty marketing trends.
Ensure CRM complies with all appropriate legislation and community expectations.
Support eCommerce team with SEO content for the website.
Work closely with all marketing, merchandising, eCommerce, and retail teams.
You will bring:
3+ years experience in email marketing, CRM management, and/or lifecycle automations.
An ability to interpret data with a commercial mindset.
Degree qualified in marketing, communications, or similar.
Experience with Emarsys or similar CRM platforms.
Proven experience building CRM automation flows.
GA4 knowledge.
Understanding of SEO principles.
