About the role:The CRM Specialist will execute and optimise customer relationship management (CRM) communications through electronic direct mail (EDM) and SMS.
This role supports the broader loyalty and marcom strategy, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention and lifetime value.
Role & Responsibilities:Oversee the end to end coordination of CRM campaigns, including EDMs and SMS communications.Manage the timeline to ensure all communications are prepared ahead of time and within agreed upon timeframes.Maintain accurate records of all campaign activities and communications.Work closely with the design, content and data teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets and data segmentation for targeted messaging.Skills & Experience:At least 2 years' experience in Marketing or equivalent role.Experience in deploying CRM communications using marketing automation platforms.Experience in segmenting customer data and delivering personalised communications.Ability to craft compelling copy for email and SMS campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand tone and messaging.Knowledge of broader digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO and content marketing.Benefits & Perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
