There is a real sense of values and purpose to working here, with the opportunity to be part of empowering Australia's energy future while shaping an inclusive, innovative workplace.The RoleAs the People and Performance Business Partner, you act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to assigned business functions, providing expert guidance and support on all people-related matters.
Reporting to the Head of People and Performance, you will address challenges faced by employees and identify opportunities for organisational improvement, whilst also providing advice on complex employee and industrial relations matters.
You will lead and support change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, employee engagement, and successful implementation.This role will require occasional travel.The CandidateWe're looking for an experienced HR professional with demonstrated experience in building strong trust-based relationships with leaders and supporting them on complex matters.
