How you'll make an impact
As a Digital Operations Business Systems Analyst, you'll be the critical bridge between technology and business strategy, driving operational excellence within AMP's digital ecosystem.
Your role will transform production defects and enhancements into strategic opportunities, translating complex technical challenges into actionable epics and user stories.
By co-leading prioritization, facilitating agile ceremonies, and maintaining robust stakeholder relationships, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the continuous improvement of digital services, ultimately enhancing the operational efficiency and customer experience of one of Australia's leading financial services organisations.

What you will bring to the role
You'll bring a robust blend of technical expertise and business acumen, with deep experience in financial services IT projects and a comprehensive understanding of agile methodologies.
Your exceptional analytical problem-solving skills, combined with strong stakeholder management capabilities, will enable you to navigate complex operational landscapes effectively.
Your proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow, coupled with your ITIL knowledge and ability to facilitate critical ceremonies, will make you a pivotal servant leader who can drive team performance and operational excellence.
