Campaign Marketing Manager | Global Fintech

Contract: 18-Month Initial Contract
Salary: $589.90/day + Super ($150,000 + Super Equivalent)
A globally recognised SaaS company, consistently ranked as one of Australia's top workplaces, is seeking 2x experienced Campaign Marketing Manager to join its rapidly expanding team.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry. You'll lead innovative campaigns targeting the accounting and bookkeeping segment, overseeing the planning, execution, and optimisation of acquisition campaigns through both virtual and in-person events, as well as content-driven demand generation.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Planning and Execution Develop and implement acquisition campaigns that align with business goals and market opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, strategy, analytics, and partner development, to ensure success.Virtual and In-Person Events Plan and deliver engaging virtual and in-person events to connect with accountants and bookkeepers, driving lead generation.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.Content-Led Demand Generation Create and manage content-led campaigns tailored to accountants and bookkeepers.Distribute high-quality content across channels to enhance engagement and boost conversions.Performance Tracking and Analysis Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, reporting on key metrics.Analyse data to identify trends, optimise strategies, and make informed decisions.Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the accountant and bookkeeping segment.Communicate campaign progress, results, and insights to senior management.Budget Management Oversee campaign budgets to ensure cost-effective execution and maximise ROI.Allocate resources efficiently and monitor spending to remain within budget.About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Over 5 years of Campaign Marketing experience, with a focus on acquisition.Expertise in virtual and in-person events, as well as content-led demand generation.Strong multitasking abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.Experience in managing relationships with senior stakeholders.A proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.What's on Offer Rate: $589.90 per day + Super ($150,000+ Super Equivalent).Hybrid work model: Flexible working with only two days in the Sydney CBD office.Contractor perks: Recharge days, paid public holidays, and a week off between Christmas and New Year.Supportive environment: Ranked in the Top 20 places to work.Opportunity to leverage creativity and cutting-edge tools within a highly innovative organisation.Why Join?
