The role
Crown Sydney has a newly created opportunity for an experienced Duty Manager to join the team on a full-time basis.
Crown Resorts offers a fast-paced, highly interactive environment where guest satisfaction and a luxury experience are paramount.
As a Duty Manager, you'll be key in ensuring that hotel operations are delivered with a high level of excellence, whilst working collaboratively with the Valet Parking, Housekeeping, and Concierge teams.
Your presence and responsibility as a senior leader will include guiding and supporting your team in their day-to-day tasks, resolving issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner, and ensuring that our guests enjoy elevated experiences during their visit to Crown Sydney.
You'll have:
Demonstrated leadership experience in a high-volume, front office operation Opera Property Management Systems experience will be highly regarded A strong customer orientation with ability to anticipate the needs of guests & promptly manage guest enquiries Ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships across all areas Ability to coach, inspire and mentor your team Strength in working under pressure whilst managing multiple priorities Excellent communication with strong resolution and negotiation skills Knowledge of Forbes star rating will be advantageous What we offer you:
