As a Senior Development Manager at GemLife, you will:
Lead the delivery of exceptional projects across our expanding portfolio.Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including our in-house construction teams.Take pride in being part of a company that serves as developer, builder, client, and operator—an opportunity few can offerWhat We're Looking For: A degree in property economics, business, urban planning, civil engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of development management experience, with a proven track record managing projects over $5 million.Expertise in land and built-form development, planning, design, and end-to-end project management.Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners.Experience working with QLD local councils and familiarity with town planning processes.A self-motivated, passionate individual ready to manage multiple projects at various stages.Key Responsibilities: Oversee development projects from conception to completion.Manage consultants, contractors, and project approvals.Lead the project team to ensure milestones are met and strategic goals aligned.Prepare estimates, manage resources, and maintain budgets.Foster innovation, creativity, and teamwork in solving challenges.Mentor staff and drive excellence throughout the team.Why GemLife?
