Channel Development Representative

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Channel Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence through the strategic development and management of channel partners.
The primary focus of this role is to identify and engage potential partners, build strong relationships, and drive collaborative efforts to increase sales and market share.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels, helping partners enhance their self-awareness and overcome challenges.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a driven individual with an interest in channel development and coaching.
You will report directly to the SVP of Channel Enablement.

THE SCHEDULE:
This is a 100% in-office role-based role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in all aspects of planning and execution of Kaseya Hosted events, webinars & Industry Events, including traveling all over the globe.
Assist with recruitment for Kaseya Hosted events; communication & collaboration with Kaseya Sales and Marketing teams.
Moderate use of Salesforce for event registration and tracking purposes.
Creating reports in a presentable format (e.g.
target lists, email clicks/opens, polling, etc.).
Assist with all deliverables for Industry events; stand design and build, staff briefing, lead tracking.
Support the SVP of Channel Enablement to create slide decks.
Order processing and expense reconciliation of event giveaways (e.g.
vouchers, prizes, gifts).
Inventory Management in both the online business development Swag store and physically in-house swag.
Identifying new event giveaway ideas.
Packing, unpacking and organizing booth items for Kaseya Hosted events and Industry events.
Assist the SVP of Channel Enablement, APAC on Social media content and Community engagement.
Other misc.
administrative & operations tasks.
Conduct personalized coaching sessions with clients.
Assist clients in identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Develop action plans outlining the steps necessary to achieve identified objectives.
Design and implement strategies to enhance skills related to communication, leadership, time management, and other relevant areas.
Provide constructive feedback to clients on their progress and areas for improvement.
Stay informed about relevant resources, tools, and industry trends.
Prepare reports summarizing client progress and outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Knowledge of how to run a MSP.
Recent College Graduate or working towards a Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing, Events, Advertising, or Communications).
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be organized and detail-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge required.
Experience in coaching or mentoring individuals.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Knowledge of various coaching methodologies and tools.
