As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look likeHandling a range of account management, servicing, sales and administration responsibilitiesHandling high volume of online/offline enquiries via phone and emailsThe first point of resolution for customer queries regarding their insurance needs.Investigating and resolving queries over the phone and/or via email correspondence.Working towards achieving both your KPI's and your team's revenue, acquisition, and retention targets.Identifying new business and up-selling opportunities as you interact with our clients.Multi-tasking whilst navigating a range of technologies.Partner with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to exceed client expectations.Work within company policy, adhered to our call handling guidelines, compliance, laws and regulations.Skills and experience that will lead to success1 year experience across the insurance industry, or at a financial services organisationSound understanding of General Insurance across multiple linesExperience in dealing with clients and customers through various channels (phone, email, and mail) and offering outstanding service.Providing customer guidance with our product offering through our online platformManaging your workflow and proven success with prioritising workA team player who enjoys contributing ideas in a great team environmentAn all-rounder who thrives in a highly professional and customer centric roleWork as part of a high performing team, driving for performance excellenceTier 1 Compliance qualified, is highly desired but not essentialExcellent verbal and written communicationHow we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
