This is a permanent opportunity, working an 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off FIFO roster, based at our Leonora Operations.Reporting to the Process Foreman, you will ensure effective production support is provided to Leonora Operations in order to safely achieve maximum gold recovery, throughput, and plant utilization essential for optimum process operations.The opportunity:Providing efficient and effective process supervision to Leonora Operations to ensure that the processing plant can operate optimally at all times.Contributing to the Processing Section to ensure that the Processing Department delivers to plan in respect of production, gold recovery, and cost per tonne by;Controlling equipment performing continuous supply of chemical reagents to the plant.Controlling parameter of raw material into the process plant.Inspecting equipment to ensure proper operation and parameter controls are met.Analysing samples and readings of the process.Ensuring all recording of data is correct.Checking equipment for malfunction and arranging maintenance.Monitoring power generation plant controls to produce required load.Carrying out all required Authorised Isolation, Authorised Gas testing and Permit to Work procedures within the processing plant.Ensuring all statutory requirements of the role are met.Ensuring all tasks are carried out in an environmentally sustainable manner by;Control of Tails disposal to the Tails Storage Facility.Maintaining all Hydro-Carbons are disposed of in the correct location.What you can expect from us:A caring and supportive culture.Professional and positive team environments on site and across the business.A 'grow our own' approach with a preference to develop and promote internally.Access to professional development activities and educational assistance.Competitive salary, and options for salary sacrificing.Comfortable private ensuite accommodation and healthy lifestyle facilities.What we will expect from you:Demonstrated experience in process roles in the mining industry, including appropriate experience in Supervisory roles.Strong ability to lead and work effectively with people.Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.Driver's License (C Class, Manual Car), minimum.Does this sound like you?
