Are you a Field Supervisor looking for a new challenge? Would you like the opportunity to work as a field service? Join our Process & Pipeline Services Team Baker Hughes Process & Pipeline Services (PPS) supports the full lifecycle of customers' assets from pre-commissioning to decommissioning.
We help to reduce future corrosion, improve efficiency and maximize throughput.
Our engineered solutions for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance shutdowns include specialized services for the oil and gas, power, metals and mining, and other process industries. Partner with the best As a Field Supervisor - Process, you will be overseeing the daily operations of your team, located onsite throughout the assigned region.
You will provide technical guidance and insight to support the delivery of multiple customer projects globally.
You will play an essential role in identifying improvements to products, processes, and procedures. As a Field Supervisor - Process, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring that engineers' procedures are followed on all work scopesDepending on the size of the project, manage the project or manage a particular shift at the job siteEnsuring all rig up of equipment is completed safely as per operating proceduresInspecting equipment prior to operation and upon completion of operationAssisting in training of junior staffActively conduct and participate in all pre-job meetingsFuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
Advance mechanical aptitudeAbility to work well and communicate with others, including ClientsAdvance knowledge of the oil and gas industryCompleted relevant technical and safety training coursesExperience: 10+ years N2/He leak testingExperience: 5+ years Supervisor levelSalary Range: AUD80k-AUD98k/annual
