Property Manager

Vision Real Estate is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our growing team in Mackay, Queensland.
As a full-time Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
What you'll be doing Coordinating the leasing process, including advertising, inspections, tenant selection and lease preparationConducting regular property inspections and managing maintenance and repair requestsEffectively communicating with landlords and tenants to address any issues or concerns in a timely mannerProcessing rental payments, bond lodgements and disbursementsEnsuring compliance with all relevant residential tenancy legislation and regulationsProviding detailed reports and insights to landlords on the performance of their investment propertiesCollaborating with the broader team to achieve business and portfolio growth objectivesWhat we're looking for Minimum 3 years' experience in a property management role, preferably within the residential leasing and management sectorExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholdersStrong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage a varied portfolio of propertiesFamiliarity with relevant residential tenancy legislation and regulationsProficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suiteA passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationshipsWhat we offer At Vision Real Estate, we are committed to supporting the professional and personal growth of our employees.
