About the role You will report to the Chapter lead for Credit Card Products & Solutions, who will support you with your performance and development.
Your primary objective will be to work with the Product Owner, in the Product squad responsible for the CVP, Strategic Direction, and Pricing initiatives for our Retail card suite.
This will involve working with various squads and other internal stakeholders (finance, technical, risk, compliance, etc.).
What you'll be responsible for Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis.
Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop hypotheses for product growth.
Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization's goals.
Skills you'll need Works with others by being open, clear in communication, and listening to achieve goals.
Compares and ranks the relative importance and/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions.
Numerical problem solving: Works with numerical information and performs mathematical calculations to solve problems.

Commonwealth Bank will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and management of the group's Murex technology platform whilst working closely with the teams' technical delivery capability and Markets business to ensure that the group's technology supports the business's strategic plans.
