Hvac Sales Executive

Mitsubishi Electric is an internationally recognised leader in the design and manufacture of high quality, leading edge, technology-based products, and services including consumer electronics, air conditioners, refrigerators, industrial automation equipment and railway equipment.We are currently seeking the services of an experienced dynamic team player to join us in the role of HVAC Sales Executive / Engineer – Consultants, based at our Perth office.In this challenging role you will support the needs of our expanding customer base by developing strong business relationships with key personnel within our consultant network.Main Responsibilities of the role are:
Ability to develop and maintain rapport and expand strong business and personal relationships with customersMaintain and account manage a dedicated consultant customer base to provide support as requiredProvide accurate and on-time equipment selections, budgeted pricing, and technical assistance to get Mitsubishi Electric HVAC equipment specified in Mechanical Tender DocumentationProvide product update/overview presentations on a regular basis to the consultant base highlighting key products and Features & Benefits for being specified.Assist sales team with future opportunities and securing project work with existing customers for best chance of success.Work closely with our Product Support Team for marketing and promotion for any new and existing products.Participation in sales meetings and update on project status & customer development plansMaintain an accurate database and provide regular updates based on your activities through C4C and communication with HVAC Sales ManagerAs the ideal candidate, you will possess the following key attributes:
Previous sales/consultant experience within the HVAC or related Industry would be an advantageRelevant experience in HVAC system design and application engineering or relevant technical roleThe ability to build, grow and maintain relationships at all levels with a strong focus on Mitsubishi Electric HVAC equipment being specified in Mechanical Tenders.Be focused, self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously, but within a team environment and to contribute to the team objectives.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office/ SAP an advantageMechanical Engineering degree with min 5 years' experience, optional.Apart from joining a global organisation that is undergoing growth within Australia, you will be offered a fully maintained "tool of the trade car" or car allowance, attractive base salary plus generous incentive scheme, and potential for career advancement within the sales team.
