Following strategic acquisitions to supplement their existingproduct portfolio, an exciting Senior Food Technologist opportunity has been created. This role will initially be on a 12 month contract with STRONG likelihood of permanency to follow.About the opportunityOff the back of said acquisitions, this Senior Food Technologist role will support across chilled and bakery products across a multi-site portfolio. With an exciting pipeline of projects in bothtrue new-to-market R&D as well as the renovation/re-engineering of existing product ranges, this role promises to be an exciting career opportunityfor an R&D professional capable of working in an autonomous yet collaborative manner, within the wider business function. Scope of this mandate includes:Working across a product portfolio encompassing chilled and bakery products, circa 70+ SKUsTrue new product innovation, working across existing concepts and with license to bring new flavours to market across retailEngagement of a wide variety of stakeholders, both local to site and interstateWhat we are looking forThis role would be best suited to an established R&D/food science professional who has been able to demonstrate an ability to drive successful product commercialisation activities in an autonomous capacity.
