Head Of Distribution | Private Credit

Specialising in the growing private credit space, with some unique key differentiators, our client has doubled in size YoY for the past 5 years.
A fully Australian-owned and operated Fund Manager, the capital raising has traditionally been handled by 1-2 of the Directors.
They are now looking to bring on an experienced Head of Distribution with exposure to private credit and deep relationships with HNW/Sophisticated investors.
The role will work closely with the broader Senior Leadership Team, setting strategy, capital raising and building out the future team on the Distribution side of the business.
Working with a highly experienced team of professionals in a warm and supportive work environment, you will be someone that genuinely cares about your clients and the financial health of Australians and Australian SME's.
The role: Overall strategy of the Distribution team, along with coaching, developing and mentoring staffSupport Managing Director & Head of Investments in growing the FUM including identifying strategic business opportunities and new relationshipsManage the investor pipeline from origination to onboarding including responsibility for maintaining the pipeline and presenting regular updates to the executive teamMaintain and improve the investment portfolio management including data input, analysis and reportingEnd to End Relationship ManagementEnsure all investments are appropriately documented and in order You will have: Previous experience in leading teams in the Distribution spaceProven results in raising capital (with an existing network of High Net Worth Self-Directed Investors - Wholesale)Demonstrated ability to manage the investment process from deal origination to documentation and onboardingExperience in investment relationship developmentExperience in private credit or similar (fixed income) including demonstrated ability to build and maintain valuable relationships in this sectorExperience in the presentation of data analysis to managementRG146 (Ideal but not necessary to apply)Demonstrated knowledge of private creditDemonstrated knowledge of investment management
