As a Business Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in championing business improvement, efficiency, and productivity across the organisation.
Reporting to the Group Leader of Legal and Governance Services, you will be responsible for: Developing, establishing and implementing an annual business improvement plan based on directorate priorities.
Undertaking analysis of existing business processes, systems, applications, and functions against industry benchmarks to drive tangible improvements and ensure strategic objectives are met.
Designing and facilitating the implementation of business improvement initiatives that are aligned with the objectives of the City's operations.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive change and achieve business improvement objectives.
About you If you hold tertiary qualifications (minimum level diploma) in Business Administration, Auditing, Project Management, or equivalent and have demonstrated experience in business/process improvement, corporate and/or strategic planning, and organisational performance improvement and reporting, this position may be a great fit for you.
What's on offer? $94,036.52 per annum + Superannuation Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week Options to accrue flex time and flexible working arrangements.
Generous leave entitlements - long service leave after 5 years.
Scope for performance-based salary increases.
