About the Role Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this opportunity will suit a seasoned sales professional with extensive people management experience.
You are passionate about sales and enthusiastic with an energetic professional manner.
To succeed in this role you will have excellent customer relationship and business development abilities.
Well-developed communication skills with strong verbal communication skills in order to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and direct reports.
The key responsibilities in this role are;
Development and implementation of sales strategiesExecute marketing campaigns amongst sales teamsEffectively manage leads from concept to appointmentAbility to present & develop reports to present to our retail partners & senior managementDeveloping and building the capability of the team via regular site visits and consistent feedbackManaging sales targets, plans and daily/weekly/monthly reporting requirementsMonitor conversion rate and driving the team to exceed KPIsBuilding sustainable and mutually beneficial business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across our businessWhat Makes You Perfect For The Role Minimum 5 years of sales management experience – business to consumerA proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIsStrong recruiting, staff training and mentoring skillsAbility to manage a team and sustain performance and engagementComputer literate – Microsoft Office and other softwareAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKitchen industry, direct sales and/or CAD skills well regardedIn Return, We Offer Competitive remuneration package and staff discountsA job with variety within a supportive teamA role that is exciting and dynamicStaff Social EventsCharity ParticipationIf you are a sales management professional who enjoys motivating a team and have the passion to develop our brand, we would be pleased to receive your application.
