Conference, Events and Administration ManagerHealthcare Australia (HCA) is Australia's largest specialist healthcare workforce provider.
We are a large and diverse healthcare business with a strong presence in the staffing of nursing, community, medical, corporate, allied and Crisis Response Management sectors in all States of Australia.Job DescriptionReporting to the Head of Brand and Design, the Content Manager will develop and execute HCA's content strategy to boost brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
This role oversees content creation across channels and addresses design needs, producing visually engaging materials.
Ideal for a creative professional with expertise in digital content and design.Responsibilities Include:Work with the Head of Brand and Content to create and execute a content strategy aligned with HCA's "1HCA" goals.Develop and curate engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and videos.Craft themes and messaging that connect with diverse audiences and enhance cross-brand engagement.Design engaging digital and print content (e.g., graphics, infographics, presentations) using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activities.Oversee and optimize digital content across platforms (website, blog, social media) for SEO and engagement.Collaborate with the Communications Manager to create cohesive materials for email marketing, PR, and client communications.Work with cross-functional teams and external agencies to produce specialised content, including videos and animations.Ensure all content aligns with HCA's brand voice and quality standards, supporting business objectives.Measure and analyse content performance, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and improve results.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Journalism, or a related field.3+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role with a strong portfolio in both content strategy and design.Proficiency in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or equivalent design software.Strong organizational skills, with experience managing content calendars and coordinating cross-channel campaigns.Analytical mindset with experience in using metrics and insights to guide content strategy and optimize performance.Our Benefits:People-Centric Culture:Experience a workplace where people are at the heart of everything we do, guided by our core values.High-Quality Product:Work with a top-notch product, ensuring your efforts are backed by excellence.Supportive Team:Thrive in a close-knit, friendly, and supportive team environment.Continuous Development:Benefit from ongoing training and support with access to an education allowance to nurture your skills and career.Hybrid Work:Enjoy flexible hybrid working conditions that empower work-life balance.Generous Leave:Access extra leave (conditions apply) to recharge and rejuvenate and a day off for your birthday.Our Culture:We are a team working together, we never forget that we're people-focused.
