Senior Governance Officer (Corporate Governance and Board) The Senior Governance Officer (Corporate Governance and Board) delivers key governance components and undertakes continuous process improvement in the specific areas of corporate governance and board support, as well as other corporate functions as required.
This includes assisting with the development and delivery of appropriate training and support for staff in the use of existing board processes and governance tools.

About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Analytical, research and problem-solving skills and experience in developing documentation such as delegations, policies, procedures, risk guidelines, templates, report and papers.
Ability to coordinate information gathering using negotiation and interpersonal skills and building and sustaining positive relationships with a diverse range of team groups and stakeholders.
Ability to implement strategies to effectively manage change across an organisation, including changes to the governance frameworks.
Proven capacity to work both autonomously and as a member of a team, with the ability to cope in a high-volume environment, consistently meet deadlines and adapt to change.
High level oral and written communication skills, including the ability to provide advice to stakeholders and prepare written material in a clear, concise and articulate manner.
Mandatory Requirements:
Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO.
