We're passionate about building a company as diverse and creative as the millions of people Notion reaches worldwide.About The Role:The Startup Market Developer is a key driver of Notion's growth and adoption within the ANZ and Singapore startup ecosystem. They will report to the APAC marketing lead and have close collaboration with the Head of Sales for ANZ & Singapore.This is a contractor role, with a minimum time commitment of 24 hours/week, for 3 months (with the potential to extend). This role is based in Sydney.What You'll Achieve:Startups:Collaborate with our global and regional team to identify and curate lists of startups and partners eligible for the Notion for Startups programCreate and execute targeted marketing campaigns to showcase Notion to early-stage startups while cultivating a robust partner networkPlan and host events that connect Notion with startup CxOs and key players in the partner ecosystem (VCs, accelerators, and startup communities)Deliver regular reports and actionable insights to enhance our growth initiativesSkills You'll Need to Bring:Experience in and passion for the startup ecosystemTrack record of interacting with startup founders, VC firms, and acceleratorsFormer founder of a tech startup or first sales/marketing operator at an early-stage ventureMinimum 3 year of experience in a GTM (business/commercial) functionDemonstrated expertise in partnerships, business development, and handling successful outbound campaignsExceptional communication and relationship building skills with both technical and business audiencesA builder and business mindsetNice to Haves:Have previous experience working with global teamsHave previous experience working across APACBe a Notion power user and are already an advocate for the toolOur customers come from all walks of life and so do we.
