About the role:
An exciting opportunity awaits a talented Lead Civil Designer to join the Stantec team, based in our Perth CBD office .
In this role, you will be a key contributor, leading both local and offshore design resources.
The position focuses on delivering a suite of sustaining capital projects for our key & top-tier clients.
We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills to manage diverse teams, oversee design tasks, and maintain project standards.
You will play a critical role in ensuring successful collaboration between local and offshore teams while driving project outcomes.
To be successful for this role you'll need:
Tertiary / Vocation education in Civil Drafting &/or Design; Bentley OpenRoads and MicroStation; Minimum 10 years' experience in Mining Industry design, particularly bulk earthworks projects; Strong leadership skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail; Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines; What we offer:
