As a Senior Strata Manager, you will:
Collaborate with Councils of Owners to manage and maintain properties.Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.Respond to queries promptly and professionally.Chair meetings, prepare reports, and manage insurances in compliance with the Strata Titles Act.Work both independently and collaboratively with a team rich in expertise.Lead and mentor others while contributing to a culture of excellence.At Realmark, your ideas are valued, and opportunities for professional growth abound.

This role is based in Leederville, with access to a company fleet for property visits and leading technology to facilitate online meetings.

The Opportunity We are looking for someone to commence as Senior Strata Manager in January 2025.
This is your chance to step into a senior role where your leadership and expertise will be valued and supported.
Qualified Strata Managers with MRI Strata Master experience will be highly regarded.
