About the role
The Head of FP&A is a key leadership role partnering directly with senior management reporting into the Finance Director.
Managing a team, this role will partner with a range of business units to provide performance reporting, decision support, analysis and insights to support the executive team in achieving their strategic ambitions.
Duties Lead the FP&A team to drive function performance with P&L ownershipContribute to decision making through financial modelling, insights and analysis of key performance driversLead the annual budget planning, monthly forecast recommendations, and long-term strategic planningBusiness Partner with key divisions to build business plans and strategiesSupport the business with financial analysis, customer profitability analysis, cost analysis, and drive corrective actionsPrepare and present timely and accurate management reportsPrepare business cases for capital investment, pricing strategy and other business decisionsDrive process improvement in the finance reporting functionEncourage continuous improvement, automation and implement best practicesProvide leadership, coaching and mentoring to a high performing teamSkills and Experience CA / CPA / CIMA Qualified5+ years Commercial / FP&A Manager level experienceExcellent communication to consult with a broad audienceStrong analytics skills interpreting data and providing recommendationsAdvanced leadership, coaching, mentoring and development skillsBenefits Free car parkingFlexible hybrid workingWellness daysCareer succession planningAbout the company
