About the role The Concrete Supervisor will oversee multiple crews and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
You will play a critical role in the coordination of site activities, liaising with clients and project managers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on site.
This is a night shift position and your normal working nights will be from Sunday to Thursday.
The position also comes with a company vehicle
Responsibilities: Supervise and manage multiple crews and subcontractors.Liaise with client representatives on-site to ensure seamless communication.Oversee and coordinate daily concrete road maintenance activities.Identify and report variations outside the normal scope of work.Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to maintain smooth workflows.Complete quality assurance checks and maintain accurate electronic site diaries.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality standards.Conduct site scoping visits to prepare for upcoming projects and ensure readiness for tasks.About You: Minimum 5 years of experience as a supervisor in road maintenance and civil works.Strong understanding of RMS plans, specifications, and standards.Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.NA Group is committed to achieving a diverse workforce and strongly encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
