Program Manager, Business Services About us TeamHEALTH is a for purpose organisation which supports people dealing with mental health concerns and illness and provides community housing, home care and disability services.
As the only non-faith based, grass roots mental health organisation in the NT, TeamHEALTH seeks to create community capacity for good mental health so that all people may lead a full and valued life.

Qualifications & experience relevant qualification in business, finance, management and/or substantial senior management experience in finance related area demonstrated experience in financial management, accounting, fleet and asset management proven leadership skills and experience with the capacity to manage, support and supervise a team of staff to achieved required organisational outcomes action orientated, flexible and innovative with the proven ability to work under limited direction and collaboratively as part of a wider team Tasks & responsibilities oversee the accurate preparation all financial reports, including budgets, financial forecasting, cash flow profit and loss statements and reports against budget review and approve preparation and finalisation of annual financial reporting for TeamHEALTH, including acquittals Oversee asset and fleet management for the organisation, including the design, implementation and monitoring of cost effective processes in the procurement of supplies, assets, vehicles, properties and maintenance of equipment drive Information Technology requirements of TeamHEALTH, liaising closely with the external IT Provider to ensure effective and efficient communications and maintain the highest level of security liaise with external service providers relating to maintenance requests, contract negotiations etc., providing reports and feedback to Chief Executive Officer as required provide leadership, mentoring and assist in day-to-day management of each service, including supporting staff to adjust to changed ways of working Benefits Six (6) weeks' annual leave with leave loading Flexible working arrangements including the opportunity for a 9 day fortnight Salary packaging benefits of up to $15 900 per annum to increase your take home pay Relocation assistance, if relocating from outside of Darwin Applicants will be assessed progressively, so speed of application is key
It is a TeamHEALTH requirement that candidates have or are willing to obtain National Police Certificate that was issued less than two years ago, a current Driver's Licence, an NDIS Worker Screening and Orientation Module Certificate.
