Through our diverse portfolio, data-led decision-making, and nationwide development pipeline, we do things differently.We are Vicinity.Role purposeThe key purpose of the Mall Leasing Business Development Executive is to work closely within the Centre and Mall Leasing teams to ensure it achieves and exceeds annual mall leasing budgets.
The Mall Leasing Business Development Executive is responsible to source new mall leasing contacts via visits to other centres, expos and screening all incoming clients, discussing any potential conflicts of interest and maximising the current retailer experience.Please note a real estate licence is required for this position, and is obtainable within the first 3 months of employment.This role is required to work across both Eastlands and Northgate Shopping Centre.What will you bring?You will be a proven sales professional ideally with experience in casual mall or pop up leasing within a retail environment.
You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills as demonstrated by your background as a high performing sales executive.
You will have a proven background in driving and building new business and will be known for effectively managing and resolving conflict in order to meet business outcomes.
You will have strong stakeholder management skills as demonstrated by your background building effective relationships both internally and externally.
Renowned for keeping abreast with current markets, trends, consumer needs and attitudes, you are passionate about driving outcomes to improve retailer experience.
