To support our rapidly growing team, we are looking for a diverse range of people who have leadership potential. We have a Leadership Academy with 7 structured programs to nurture our future and current leaders. Successful applicants will be fast-tracked into a 2IC position alongside an experienced leader and will start in our Leadership Academy immediately.Don't need to know everything about bikes or have leadership experienceThere is complete on-the-job training. Team Leaders earn a share of store profits and are offered ownership in their store. For the last 3 years, Team Leader earnings have averaged over $100k.Our Team Leaders are Business Owners who are given autonomy and decision-making ability. They lead their team's performance, culture and take ownership of successes and failures.
