This team identifies areas for growth and leads subject matter experts across the business to achieve that growth. They have a deep understanding of customers and can think outside the box to develop strategies to grow customer awareness, demand and preference.Roles:Senior Marketing Manager – Growth: We're seeking a strategic mastermind that can analyse trends and data to identify and execute new growth opportunities.Senior Marketing Manager – Campaign & Brand: And we're after a creative rebel that can act in a hybrid 'client'/'agency' side manner to devise brilliant marketing communications strategies and lead a creative team to execute them.We have a permanent and a contract role available, please let us know if you have a preference when you apply. Our award winning employee experience is king here having been recognised as "One of the Best Places to Work' by the AFR in both 2021 and 2023, with weekly events, monthly recognition programs and significant professional development opportunities we do what we can to make you look forward to waking up every dayKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute innovative growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.Devise brilliant marketing communications strategies and lead a creative team to execute them.Creative oversight of the Luxury Escapes brand and tone of voice to drive an emotional connection with customers.Analyse market trends, data and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities.Collaborate and inspire with cross-functional teams including Analytics, Customer Marketing, CRM, content & Product managers to enhance marketing campaigns and customer experience through experimentation across the entire customer lifecycle.Run campaigns and testing new channels in a methodical and iterative manner.Work on brand visual identity collaboratively to install the discipline required to drive consistent and aligned creative work.Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies to capitalise on emerging marketing technologies and platforms.Develop and implement the marketing campaigns for new products.Implement a focused customer acquisition plan and customer engagement and retention strategy.Review the customer funnel and consistently drive projects to optimize sales performance.About You:Proven experience in marketing specifically in developing marketing strategies for growth and in developing creative campaigns to achieve objectives.Creative mindset with a track record of executing innovative marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills, with expertise in using data to inform marketing strategies.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.A broad range of marketing experience (including digital) with a passion to deliver compelling campaigns from inception through delivery and to performance analysis.A roll your sleeves up mentality that can see opportunity in ambiguity.What's in it for you?Competitive remuneration package.First class health and well-being program including, yoga, meditation, onsite gym and shower facilities along with daily breakfast and catered lunch five days a weekFun & dynamic working environment - Friday afternoon onsite gatherings (wine included) and monthly celebration & recognition programs.Discounted travel, birthday leave and a whole lot moreIf this sounds like you and you feel you have the skills and experience to meet the requirements of the role, please apply online todayAt Luxury Escapes we embrace diversity in our people and make hiring decisions based on experiences and skills.
